We would like to make all future guests and event organisers aware that:

The Sapieha Palace team programmes exhibitions and events in advance, but  is open to collaborations on other events in the palace spaces where possible. The Sapieha Palace prioritises cultural, educational and awareness-raising events to complement the palace’s cultural programme.

Hire exclusions apply. The Sapieha Palace cannot be hire: 

1. for personal events (personal parties, receptions, birthdays, weddings, etc.);
2. events which are prejudicial to the honour and dignity of the State or of individuals;
3. events which do not meet the quality criteria in terms of content and form and which may damage the reputation of the Chamber;
4. events which are logistically difficult to implement;
5. where there are grounds for believing that the organiser of the event is or may be insolvent, in the event of bankruptcy proceedings, etc.;
6. if the event organiser has no experience in organising events;
7. If there is reason to believe that the event may pose a threat to the security of the exhibits and displays.
